What does it look like to start therapy?
Free Consultation
We’ll hop on a free phone call to get to know each other better, give you space to ask any questions, and decide if it’s a good fit to move forward with therapy.
Intake Appointment
Our first meeting will cover basic policies and get into your history. My goal is to understand the big picture so I can best support you.
Weekly Sessions
We’ll meet once a week for 45 minutes to discuss what’s most important to you. This is your safe space, and it’s where we’ll work to understand patterns, process your experiences, and develop coping skills to move forward.
Graduate
My goal is to work myself out of a job, and I’m also here to be a support to you as long as you’d like.
There’s no fixed end date for therapy. You may feel ready to move to less frequent sessions or start feeling good and want to pause and try out your new coping skills on your own.
