  • I offer individual psychotherapy services in New York and New Jersey.

  • My style is collaborative and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your life, needs, choices, and preferences. We are a team, and my aim is to support you. I welcome feedback on how therapy is going and will always be seeking to move us toward your goals.

  • Please do! I offer free consultation calls where you can get to know me better and ask any questions. Feel free to reach out through my website and we can set up a call.

  • Therapy isn’t one size fits all, and I tailor my approach for each client. I blend relational psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and culturally responsive.

    If you’re interested in a modality I don’t currently offer, like EMDR, I can usually recommend a colleague who can.

  • For NYC clients, I can offer in-person sessions in Brooklyn Heights and Midtown Manhattan. For NJ and MD clients, I offer telehealth sessions.

  • A standard therapy session is 45 minutes. If your needs differ, we can discuss customizing a plan for you.

  • I am an out-of-network (OON) provider. This enables me to provide more confidential and personalized care.
